Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lajomani Fashion Jewellery. We value our customers and aim to provide the best quality products and service. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, imitation jewellery products are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

2. Return Request Time

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order for any return or replacement request.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Unboxing Proof Required

To process any damaged or wrong product claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video
  • Product photos
  • Order details

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged after use
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Change of mind purchases

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
